Poképreneurs started at our kitchen table. Liam had just watched a friend at school trade away a $60 card for a stack of commons because nobody had ever taught him how to check a price. Declan had been helping Liam track trades in a spreadsheet and realized the same lesson was missing everywhere online.
So we combined what we knew: Liam's eye for cards, Declan's habit of turning hobbies into little businesses, and one big rule — never talk down to kids.
We built Poképreneurs to be the site we wish had existed when we were 8. Real skills, real tools, no hype, no get-rich-quick promises. Just a better way to love your collection.
Liam Goodwin
Liam is 13 and has been collecting trading cards since he was 8. He's made great trades, bad trades, and everything in between — and he believes the best way to learn is by showing your work. He runs the Card Gallery, tests every lesson, and makes sure Poképreneurs sounds like a real kid, not a grown-up pretending to be one.
Declan Goodwin
Declan is 15 and the one who keeps the lights on. He handles the website, the newsletter, and the spreadsheets that make sure every lesson is clear and useful. He's the reason our free Playbook exists and the one who reminds the team that teaching money skills should feel like a game, not homework.
What we don't do
